Every recipe on this site follows the same rules:

  • Built for one or two. No family-of-four scaling. No “serves 8” that serves 4.
  • Full nutrition data. Calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber — plus relevant micronutrients. Every time.
  • Cast iron first. Most recipes start in a 12-inch skillet.
  • Batch-friendly. Cook once on Sunday, eat five days. The Sunday Reset is the playbook.
