The miso deepens the harissa in a way that more harissa cannot. It adds a probiotic, savory undertone that makes the sauce taste richer without adding meaningful calories. This is the go-to drizzle for harissa shrimp and egg muffins.
Why these ingredients
White miso provides probiotics, manganese, and umami – it deepens the harissa flavor profile. Dulse flakes replace salt with iodine, potassium, and iron. Ginger adds gingerols for anti-inflammatory support.

- 1 cup Chobani zero sugar plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- 1/2 tsp white miso
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp dulse flakes
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/8 tsp xanthan gum
Instructions#

- Stir until completely smooth.
